Charms & Beads Parties: Booking & Cancellation Policy

I want your party to be as easy and enjoyable as possible, so here are a few things to keep in mind when booking.

Booking & payment
Your party date is secured once your booking and payment have been received. As I prepare materials specifically for your group and reserve the date for your party, bookings are non-refundable.

Changing your date
If your plans change, you can request to move your party to another available date within 3 months of your original party date. Date changes must be requested at least 14 days before your original party date and are subject to availability.

Guest numbers
Your booking is based on the number of guests confirmed when you book. If fewer guests attend on the day, the original booking price still applies and unfortunately I’m unable to offer a refund or reduction for guests who don't attend.

If you'd like to add extra guests, just let me know in advance. Additional places can be added subject to availability and will be charged at the applicable per-person rate.

Late arrivals & early departures
The party time is reserved for your group, so the session will still finish at the agreed time if guests arrive late or leave early. Unfortunately, no partial refunds or reductions can be given for missed time or missed attendance.

Children's parties
For children's parties, the person organising the party is responsible for ensuring appropriate adult supervision throughout the session. Jewellery making involves small components and tools, so children should be supervised appropriately for their age.

Your venue
For parties held at your venue, you are responsible for providing a suitable, safe and accessible space for the activity, including any tables and chairs that have been agreed as necessary. Please let me know in advance about any access requirements or anything at the venue that may affect the setup.

I’ll arrive with the materials and equipment needed for the jewellery-making activity, and I’ll take care of the activity itself and the cleanup of my equipment and materials.

Travel
Travel within the included travel area is covered by the party price. If your venue is outside this area, please get in touch before booking so I can confirm whether I’m able to travel to you and whether an additional travel charge applies.

If I need to cancel
If I need to cancel your party for any reason, you’ll be offered an alternative date or a full refund — whichever works best for you.

Safety & behaviour
For everyone's safety and enjoyment, I reserve the right to stop the activity or ask someone to leave if they are behaving in an unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate way. No refund or reduction will be given in these circumstances.
