FAQs
How does the bespoke jewellery process work?
Each commission begins with a conversation. We’ll discuss your ideas, materials, budget, and timescale before I create a design for your approval. Once agreed, your piece is handmade in my West Sussex studio.
Can you use my own gold or silver?
Yes — I can often work with heirloom or sentimental metal. This will depend on the condition, quantity, and suitability of your metal, as well as the requirements of the design. I’ll always assess this as part of the initial consultation and advise on the best approach.
How long does a commission take?
Most bespoke pieces take between 4–8 weeks, depending on the design and materials. If you have a specific deadline, please mention it when enquiring.
What is the price range for a commission?
Prices vary depending on the complexity of the design and materials used. I’ll always provide a clear quote before any work begins.
How do I enquire about a commission?

Something blue
This beautiful Lapis Lazuli necklace was the perfect addition for a Mother of Bride to match her gorgeous blue dress for her daughter's wedding. We looked at the style and colour of her dress and designed this chain necklace together, using my popular chains (you can find it here) as inspiration.
Something a bit different
I love a special and sentimental piece so this bespoke engagement ring was super exciting to create! Our lovely bride-to-be loved. the unique look of granulation in my designs and chose a beautiful Peridot stone as the star of this heirloom ring.
A jewellery box full of unused gold and Silver?
Sustainability and recycling is one of my main points when making jewellery so it was no question to take this special commission on. My gorgeous customer had a drawer full of sentimental gold and silver, ready to be recycled into this flaming heart signet ring! She brought the inspiration and we worked together on designing the initial ring which we also tweaked a couple of times to make sure it was exactly what she was after. This chunky signet is made of solid sterling silver with a Gold heart as the highlight of the piece.
